🐾 The Hungry Cat

One day, a little cat was wandering near a temple. It was hungry and weak. ஒருநாள் ஒரு சிறிய பூனை கோவிலின் அருகே அலைந்து கொண்டிருந்தது. அது பசியுடன், பலவீனமாக இருந்தது.

It saw a priest eating his meal. The cat meowed softly, asking for food. ஒரு பூசாரி சாப்பிட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தார். பூனை மெதுவாக “ம்யாவ்” என்று பசிக்கேட்டது.

பெரிய நிறுவனத்தில் பணி புரிந்த ராஜராமன் எப்போதும் அமைதியாகவே இருந்தார். பணியில் சிறந்த திறமையுடன் செயல்பட்டாலும், மேலதிகாரிகள் அவரின் பணியை பெரிதாக பாராட்டவில்லை. ஆனால் அவருக்குள் ஒரு அச்சம் — “நான் இங்கிருந்து வெளியேறினால் என்ன ஆகும்?” என்ற கேள்வி ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் அவரை வாட்டியது.

ஒரு நாள் அவர் திடீரென்று ராஜினாமா கொடுத்தார். பலரும் அதிர்ச்சியடைந்தனர். ஆனால் ராஜராமனின் மனதில் ஒரு தெளிவு — “எனக்கு அமைதியான வாழ்க்கை வேண்டும். பணம் மட்டும் போதாது, மன அமைதியும் தேவை” என்று அவர் முடிவு செய்திருந்தார்.
